    Visiting Finland from outside the European Union and Norway? You can make tax free purchases at Helsinki Outlet and get additional savings. Ask the store for a Tax Refund Cheque to get a refund for your VAT.

    Helsinki Outlet offers access to a free wireless network for the visitors.
  • GIFTCARD
    Give a unique shopping experience as a gift. Our wonderful selection of brands ensures that the gift recipient is sure to find something special for themselves. The gift card vending machine is located at the HopLop entrance on the 1st floor.
  • PARKING
    Helsinki Outlet has 680 parking spaces, and separate parking spaces for buses. We offer all our customers one (1) hour of free parking and our registered Friends members will get one (1) additional hour for free - that is a total of two (2) hours of free parking time.
  • ACCESSIBILITY
    Our services include barrier-free parking and toilets. All of our stores and facilities are accessible.
  • CHILD CARE ROOM
    The child care room is located in connection with the toilets, next to the HopLop entrance.
  • DOGS
    Dogs are welcome to the Outlet Village on a leash.

    The toilets are located next to the HopLop entrance. The child care room and accessible toilets are located at the same place.
