A gift card for all Helsinki Outlet stores (excluding pop-up stores) can be purchased from our webstore or a vending machine located at the Outlet. The machine is located in the corridor leading to Leo's on the 1st floor.

• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of download. It can be purchased with all major debit / credit cards. 
• The balance and validity period on the card can be checked with the QR code found on the card or at: www.getmybalance.com
• The gift card can be used in full at once or in several installments at different times. You can only use the available balance on the card.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the purchase exceeds the remaining balance on the gift card, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
• The exchange and return of products purchased with a gift card always follow the store’s own policy.
• Payment transactions in the gift card machine are handled by Nets Oy.
