Our products come with a 30-day exchange and return policy starting from the date of purchase.
Items must always be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be unused and in a sellable condition.

Products marked as “2nd choice” and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return.

When using the exchange or return policy, or in the case of a complaint, the original proof of purchase is always required. You can also verify the purchase with a payment transaction found in, for example, your online bank statement.
