Description
The Norrøna Falketind Gore-Tex is a lightweight and highly breathable hard shell jacket featuring a more athletic and streamlined fit than many other shell jackets. Designed for active movement in changing weather conditions, it performs exceptionally well in stormy weather during the warmer months, while also being suitable for windy conditions and light rain or snowfall in winter.
The jacket is built with a reliable Gore-Tex membrane that delivers durable waterproof protection (28,000 mm water column), good breathability, and complete windproofness. Waterproof zippers and extended cuffs provide additional protection against rain and wind. The lightweight yet durable outer fabric makes the jacket easy to pack and comfortable to wear during high-output activities.
Its articulated sleeves and contoured, performance-oriented cut ensure excellent freedom of movement for activities such as hiking, climbing, and ski touring. However, due to its relatively slim fit, there is limited room for heavier layering underneath.
