The basket is collapsible and made from recycled polyester canvas with a plastic interior. The fabric is woven in chambray, giving the surface a calm and timeless color. The size of the basket is 16 x 16 cm and the height is 14 cm. Recycled polyester is a synthetic fiber made from, for example, recycled plastic bottles, industrial yarn and fabric leftovers, polyester garments that have ended up for recycling, or marine plastic waste. Recycling does not weaken the quality of the synthetic fiber, but produces material that is as good as new. The production of recycled polyester reduces the consumption of natural resources, as new raw materials do not need to be produced. The product is made and certified according to the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 standard. The certification ensures that the product has been tested and does not contain substances harmful to health and the environment.
