The Dachstein Super Ferrata GTX shoe, combining the features of trail running and approach shoes, effortlessly handles even demanding climbing sections while performing excellently on regular hiking trails thanks to its Vibram® Pinter outsoles. The lightweight and durable PU midsole provides the necessary combination of stability and cushioning for energy-efficient ascents. The integrated grip and braking sections of the sole, along with the bi-directional pattern, offer the best possible traction and stability on rocky terrain. The upper combines durable and high-quality Perwanger suede and breathable Cordura mesh. The neoprene collar serves as cushioning for the sensitive Achilles tendon. Thanks to the GORE-TEX membrane, the shoe is completely waterproof while remaining breathable. The long lacing extending towards the toes is inspired by climbing shoes and allows for precise adjustment of the Super Ferrata GTX shoe to the foot. On steep rocky sections, the TPU toe cap protects the shoe from damage. The shoe is made in Europe.
