PURE COLLECTION:
The jewelry collection Puhdas has been born over the years in Annika's thoughts while traveling around the world and moving in nature. The light, delicate shapes have spoken to her and turned from inspiring shapes into jewelry in the hands of jeweler Lotta Kukkola. Thoughts were first sketched as pictures on paper. The shapes were drawn line by line and arc by arc, following the tiny petals of real flowers.
Based on these sketches, Lotta started working on model pieces by hand in her own workshop. It was time to pick up the silversmith's tools instead of the pen and finish the final shapes of the jewelry. When he finished all the sample pieces and got Annika's approval for them, he made the molds for the jewelry. The original models and molds were sent forward for production.
The jewelry collection has been awarded the Design from Finland label. The label says that the product is designed in Finland and that investment has been made in its design.
