The WMF Permadur Excellent pan is made of coated aluminum, allowing for even heat distribution and retention. The frying pan features a 3-layered, highly durable and non-stick Permadur coating that does not contain PFOA compounds. Suitable for all types of stoves, including induction cooktops. Non-stick PermaDur coating (PTFE) with a plastic handle; TransTherm® universal base, suitable for all stove types.
