The Tefal Secure 5 Neo pressure cooker is made of durable stainless steel 18/10. This pressure cooker is a fast and energy-saving choice for cooking. A meat stew that would normally take 4-6 hours in the oven can be cooked in the pressure cooker in just 1-1.5 hours. The pressure cooker also easily prepares a perfect risotto in just 10 minutes. It has 2 cooking speeds: 50kPa/110°C for vegetables and 80kPa/117°C for meat. The cooker features a fivefold safety system including a safety valve, seals, and lid locking. It can also be used without pressure as a regular pot. Inside the cooker, there is a stainless steel steaming basket. The cooker has a side-turning lid and a thick induction base.
