From stovetop to oven
These pans are suitable for all stovetops, including induction cooktops. Additionally, the pans are oven-safe up to 210°C. Please note that the handle may get hot in the oven - always use heat-resistant pot holders or oven mitts when removing the pan from the oven.
Easy to clean
Thanks to the non-stick coating, cleaning food residues and dirt by hand is very easy. Due to the PVD treatment of the brass handles, the frying pans should always be washed by hand.
