The new titanium scratch-resistant and non-stick coating, the result of years of development, lasts six times longer than Tefal's standard coatings. The new clear Thermo-Signal™ heat indicator changes color when the pan reaches the ideal cooking temperature (approximately +180°C). The pan also features a pouring edge to prevent food from spilling over the edge onto the stove. The pan has a redesigned thick Thermo-Fusion™ induction base, with a wider induction area for quick and even heat distribution. A sturdy handle with a polished steel detail completes the design.
