The Big Batch Pan is a large pot that allows you to prepare up to 12 servings. It is perfect for larger dinners or when you want to cook food for multiple days at once. The pot features a non-stick coating, making it easy to clean and preventing food from sticking to it. The handles on the pot provide a good grip. Suitable for all types of stoves, including induction cooktops, and oven-safe up to 250°C. The pot comes with a flat lid made of stainless steel for easy storage. Additionally, the pot has a smart Thermo-Signal™ temperature indicator on the bottom that changes color when the temperature is optimal for cooking, ensuring perfect browning, texture, and flavor of the food. The hard-anodized exterior of the pot makes the material highly durable and promotes even heat distribution, facilitating cleaning. The sturdy and durable aluminum base, along with the Thermo-fusion™ feature, ensures more efficient cooking and even heat distribution in the pot. Included with the pot is a recipe book with six selected large-batch recipes.
