For the past six years, I have been studying, deepening my skills, and becoming fascinated by pouring—also known as paint pouring or fluid art. When the COVID-19 pandemic brought theater work to a halt, I suddenly had a lot of time. I discovered pouring art, and soon I found myself like a chemist in a laboratory—eagerly experimenting with different pouring medium combinations, mixing colors, and testing techniques.

What first drew me to pouring was its unpredictability—the way colors blend with each other and how some take dominance—a kind of chance-based art that can never be exactly repeated.

I feel that I can channel emotions, stories, and the surrounding world into my art. For my bloom technique paintings, I create colors from pigments, which make the hues glow beautifully and bring out the layers of paint. Lately, I have also started painting with mixed media—combining pouring with various surfaces and textures.

I write a poem as the title for each painting, making it an integral part of the work. Pouring has become a major part of my work—besides creating my own art, I also teach it.

I have deepened my expertise by learning from professionals in Australia, the United States, Canada, and the Netherlands.
