"I am a self-taught artist. I began painting inspired by a childhood memory.

Abstract painting created a flow state within me, where time stood still and my thoughts flowed freely. I realized I could express myself in a new way—I felt I had found my own thing."

Mia draws her creativity from life, experiences, journeys, growth, thoughts, and emotions. From the mystery of life and humanity, which at times can be difficult to grasp. Through her art, she wants to convey hope and evoke thoughts that reach deeper than the surface.

“When I work on my pieces, the painting process opens new perspectives and insights on different themes. Art gives a voice to what cannot be put into words,” Mia explains.

Her abstract works, created with acrylics, invite the viewer into a dialogue.

In the fall of 2024, Mia founded the studio ArtInin—a place where people can explore painting in a relaxed, guided environment.
