New cosy restaurant

Villa Severino, the newest addition to the shopping village's list of restaurants, draws its inspiration from Naples. It's also the birthplace of the restaurant's founder, Severino Salzano, who creates the most delicious pizzas in town.

Thin in the middle and chunky around the edges, these pizzas are made from spelt flour and baked in an authentic gas-fired pizza oven.

The menu at this cosy family restaurant also includes delicious pastas, hearty salads and mouth-watering Italian classics.A changing lunch is served daily from 11 am to 2 pm.

In the middle of the restaurant stands a beautiful old Fiat, where you can finish your meal with a mouth-watering gelato, an Italian ice cream made by Severino's wife Carmen Castillett.

Treat yourself while shopping

Nothing warms you up on a winter's day like a hot drink in good company. In the cosy atmosphere of Espresso House, you can enjoy a quality coffee or tea with a sandwich or bagel, for example. The coffee moment is topped off with a fluffy, vegan Easter bun (4.90 €).

"Goat cheese and fig focaccia bread (8.90 €), a favourite of many, has returned to our menu. The children's absolute favourite is the traditional hot cocoa indulged with whipped cream and marshmallows (5.10 €/ 5.90 €) Many people enjoy a chocolate biscuit or cinnamon roll with their hot cocoa," says Ilona Kaski, café manager.

A pleasure seeker's paradise

A favourite for the chocolate fans is the Swiss Lindt shop, offering a huge range of mouth-watering confectioneries, chocolate bars, as well as baking products.

All 500g Lindor products are available three for the price of two throughout February. Buyers of five Excellence bars will receive an additional 25% discount off the outlet prices.

Loose chocolates are a hit year after year - while children love umbrella chocolates with hearts, dinosaurs and unicorns in the wrappers, says Josephine Suopajärvi, store manager.

"We have dark, milk and white chocolate, as well as vegan treats. My own personal favourite is the popcorn-flavoured double chocolate confection. The pear-flavoured Excellence Pear is also very good," she says.
